Your API Key
To use the analysis feature, you provide your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and for all costs incurred through its use. SmartWriteTools does not store your API key and accepts no liability for any costs, losses, or security issues arising from its use within this Tool.
Intellectual Property
The Tool interface, design, and content are the intellectual property of SmartWriteTools. The clause guides and educational content on this site are provided under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 licence — you may share and adapt them for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
You retain ownership of any clause text you submit to the Tool. You grant SmartWriteTools no rights over that content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartWriteTools excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Tool, including but not limited to reliance on any output generated by it. This includes direct, indirect, consequential, and economic loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
